Project Overview

We require 1 volunteer to develop a marketing and communications strategy for the annual GiveNOLA drive. This should be a plan that we execute using email and social media. We are open to other methods of advertising, but we cannot commit any funds toward those modes, eg, ads, tv production, etc. We would like to have a schedule of activities, copy, and graphics ready to launch by March 15, 2021, if not sooner.
Louisiana Appleseed relies on our donors and sponsors to effect systems change in Louisiana. This partnership makes up 1/3 of our total annual budget, a vast majority of which is generated through our annual Good Apple Gala. Due to COVID, we were unable to host this event and it impacted our 2021 budget. We would like to work with someone to help us bridge this budget gap by raising $10,000 through the upcoming GiveNOLA day on May 4.
Our board is committing to a board match. We have social media accounts with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. We have an internal email list with approximately 3,000 email recipients. Our emails are launched using NeonCRM, which is not mobile responsive. Thus, we tend to create images to launch in email to ensure all end-users can read our message. We have a account to work with as well as a account.

Nonprofit Overview

Louisiana Appleseed solves our state's toughest problems at their root cause by creating and increasing Access to Justice, Opportunity, and Education. We believe that our state will be stronger through fair and equitable access to the courts, the economy, and public schools. To accomplish this, we build bridges between vulnerable communities and our extensive network of pro bono professionals to develop meaningful and sustainable solutions that help justice take root.
