Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) needs help to (1) develop elevator speeches for our various programs and (2) train our staff and Board of Directors to effectively share these pitches.

TEP's Board of Directors has identified elevator speech training as a top priority for Board development this year.

Our annual fundraising event is tentatively scheduled for September, 2021. We could immediately practice and hone our elevator speeches as we recruit sponsors, donors, and participants.

We are in Phase II of a feasibility study to build an Estuary Interpretive Center (EIC) in Tillamook County. Should the results indicate that the EIC is a "go", we will embark on a capital campaign. TEP has never done this level of fundraising before and having elevator speech training will help us make early connections with foundations, businesses, and individual donors.

TEP has a series of fact sheets that have been developed for many of our projects. We use these as print collateral and as signage for our community outreach events. We need help translating these into interesting and inspiring pitches.

We have a 10-year action agenda and 5-year implementation strategies. Our goals and objectives are well established, but we need to share these with the community in a more personal way. We issue annual reports, quarterly newsletters, and social media updates. We have plenty of metrics but need help with the messaging.
