The Service Workers' Coalition is looking for a CPA to provide us with a reviewed financial statement and help guiding us through filing form 990.

The Service Workers' Coalition is a true grassroots, mutual aid organization. It was founded in March 2020 by three food service workers, even before the restaurant shut down in New York City. We provide direct cash relief to unemployed and underemployed service workers and have done so for the entirety of the past year. We are still totally volunteer-run and staffed. We're looking for support at this moment for an area which we don't have experience in!

All the cash assistance is provided over Venmo or Zelle, so we not only have records of all those transactions, we have photographs of grocery receipts whose purchase corresponds to those transactions. We have records of all our donations, both individual and from grant monies. We have all the documentation that New York State has provided us with. We just need a guiding eye to organize it!
