Project Overview

We are searching for motivated and talented meeting coordinators to help manage Monday and Thursday meetings. The meeting coordinator assists the Project manager with holding events and meetings, taking notes, leading the meetings if needed, and reporting to the Project Manager with questions or concerns.

TogetherWell meetings are hosted on a weekly basis and are used to anchor our teams. During these weekly meetings, our teams conduct a check-in with one another to assess progress and support requirements, and discuss upcoming project requirements.

We are looking for well-organized volunteers with excellent multi-tasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, and who enjoy coordinating a team environment. Punctuality, consistency, and reliability are vital in this role.
