We are in search of financial guidance to ensure the pay-what-you-want model is sustainable for business as a nonprofit organization.

We would love to create goals and strategies to make sure health equity is achieved along with making a profit. Furthermore, we would like to prepare to hire more healthcare providers and would love to discuss the financial implications of bringing in additional staff members and retaining current staff. We would like to explore the possibility of establishing monthly memberships for businesses as well to enhance worksite wellness across the region.

Essential Project is disrupting the mainstream healthcare industry by allowing individuals to choose what they want to pay for the care they need. To keep health equity at the forefront of what we do, we are in search of a finance expert who understands that we are a mission-driven and passion-forward Project that also needs assistance with the monetary aspect to ensure we can keep delivering health care the way we want.

Essential Project is already operating out of Eagle County with just 1 full time provider. At this point, we want to magnify what we are doing as an organization and prepare to begin to open chapters across the state of Colorado, and eventually, across the US. That requires planning ahead and making sure our policies & procedures are sound at this time to deploy this model across communities nationwide.
