CSDi has been providing climate change training in the developing world for 15 years. We have shifted our sights to North America and want to reach communities, nonprofits, and local governments. We need a volunteer's help in developing a pricing strategy. Pricing for online training programs ranges from $29 to $999. But this range represents different products/services and different markets. For example, our international participants spend 12 weeks in on-the-job training and finish the program with a ready-to-launch climate project and a full proposal for an initial donor presentation. We need help in determining if this is a product a North American participant wants—and at what price point.

Climate Change Action Plans for North American Communities - We help communities find simple, effective solutions for climate threats that they can set in motion to prepare for a changing climate.

North America has lagged behind the developing world in embracing preparation for a changing climate. Many rural areas in North America currently suffer from wildfires, heat waves, drought, flooding, and crop failures.

The time to act is now. By reaching these communities, we can show them how to prepare for a changing climate and how to find climate solutions for building stronger communities.
