Project Overview

Problem statement - we have a fiscal sponsor in the US. This allows us to access giving from the US with the giver receiving their full tax deductions. We are not sure where to get started. Who do we approach? How do we approach them? We are thinking about Corporate givers as well as individuals.

We are searching for a volunteer who can lead our marketing plan development for attracting corporate givers and foundations who share our vision. Our ideal volunteer partner will be a creative communicator who is ready to dive into marketing planning with our team!

We will work together to complete the project through 4/5 meetings in 4/5 weeks. The first meeting will be an opportunity for our team to provide you with a briefing on our core stakeholders and goals as an organization. We will provide the volunteer with our existing mission or value statement and orient the volunteer to discuss our current vision and the way we deliver on it through our programs. In our second meeting, the volunteer should present a first draft. We will provide feedback. We may work asynchronously for continued feedback, and in our final meeting together, the volunteer will deliver the final, copy-edited version.

We are looking for a corporate marketing professional with experience in supporting corporations and foundations with their marketing. This can be in-house or agency-based experience. Our Arts4Refugees brand has been awarded Gold Partner Intern Host from Oxford University Career Services. We are looking to build on this success with you!

We have a local fiscal sponsor in the US - which allows the giving organisation to deduct their giving from their taxes. We have worked with volunteers from the US as well. We feel this experience is the base of our value proposition to the target organisations. Zufi, our co-founder, has an MBA in International Business Management, so we can into depth very quickly.

Our organization has clearly defined stakeholders and will provide that information to our volunteer partner. We have a designated member of our team available to work with the volunteer on this project.
