In the first meeting, our team will brief you on our core stakeholders and organizational goals. Armed with our existing mission or value statement, you'll delve into discussions about our current vision and its manifestation through our programs.

Moving forward, the second meeting is your chance to present a first draft. We value your creativity and welcome feedback, allowing us to fine-tune the statement together. Asynchronous collaboration may follow for continued refinement, leading up to our final meeting, where you'll deliver the polished, copy-edited version.
