We seek a skilled volunteer to assist our Roller Derby nonprofit, the world's largest, in optimizing our project management processes using ClickUp. With 12 staff members and many ongoing projects, we require guidance in structuring projects to align with organizational goals and identifying departmental dependencies within ClickUp. Additionally, support in crafting a standard operating procedure (SOP) for ClickUp usage would be invaluable for streamlining our workflow.

We've recognized the need for consistency in project management across our departments and have taken steps to address it. While some work has been done in ClickUp, we acknowledge the lack of uniformity in its usage. Despite hiring a consulting firm for process documentation and coding in ClickUp, the results were mixed and didn't meet our expectations. We're currently attempting to implement these processes, albeit with limited success and efficiency gains. Unfortunately, we find ourselves in a situation where we lack the expertise to create new processes in ClickUp. However, there's a clear consensus among staff for a unified project management approach. Once rectified, we anticipate significant adoption and productivity enhancements.
