NEON CRM - IT SUPPORT
Help us make the most out of our CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

Please note that our CRM is already up and going, it just needs some optimization work.This project would include the following:

Configuration: There will be some minor configuration for specific things like tickets, memberships. We would like you to ensure all CRM software is aligned with sales, marketing, and customer service processes. This may involve customizing fields, workflows, and reports.

Integration: Integrating the CRM software with other systems used by the organization, such as email, marketing automation, and accounting software, to streamline processes and ensure data consistency.

We are currently trying to launch our new membership program and a large event with ticketing, and adding volunteers for these projects, but we need to ensure the CRM is running smoothly in collaboration with these programs and synced with all the sources they need integrated with, as once we launch, we will get a lot of sales and donations and we want to make sure we are ready for it.

We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use, such as the following: Givebutter <> Neon <> Wix (Wix Groups/Wix Community/Contacts/Communications), Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
