I need assistance in creating a 3-5 year strategic plan for my non-profit organization. We need a clear action plan to ensure that this organization will continue thrive. By creating a strategic plan, East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity can clarify our missions and goals. We have moved beyond single family home development, and a strategic plan will help strengthen our identity and guide future decisions. In preparation I have gathered a team of board member who are willing to work on the Strategic plan and present it to the whole board of directors in the Future. I have also worked with my board on a SWOT analysis of the organization.
