Our organization needs web design skills to update our website section dedicated to our Annual Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame. This includes ensuring our e-commerce is set up correctly, and that the architecture of the website, which is currently in WordPress, makes sense and is easy to navigate. Our person handling all of this left suddenly for personal reasons and our Ceremony is Oct. 22

All funds from the annual induction ceremony support our education and outreach programs. Specifically, our mission is realized through the delivery of:
-STEMfems Junior is a series of easy-to-implement educational modules designed specifically with Connecticut’s National Science Standards to address the critical gender gap in STEM. The modules provides opportunities for teachers to embed these modules in their curriculum to highlight pioneering Connecticut women in STEM through the stories of the Inductees. The module offers discussion activities and creative activities to encourage young people to explore the field of the inductee. Each STEMfems Junior curricular guide is suitable for grades 3-5 and focuses on the story of one Connecticut woman’s contributions to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
See It, Be It is our career exploration program that uses our inductee's stories or struggles and triumphs to inspire girls (and boys) to be all they can be and not limit themselves.The website is live, sponsor deck is created, committee is in place, and this year's inductees have been chosen. Some information is on our website, but it is not done well and we need it to make it user f friendly and represent our excellent nonprofit
