Help us transition to a CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM systems (Squarespace, Google) and identify a strategy for us to meet our needs more effectively, including potential software recommendations and integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward. We are launching a membership program and have a rapidly growing database of volunteers, donors, and members we need to keep track of and communicate with.We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
