We are seeking a web designer to revamp the staff directory page of our nonprofit’s website. This website recently went through a redesign to make pages more accessible and visually appealing, and while it has done so, we’ve realized that it has also made the staff page difficult to maintain and does not showcase the full talent of our staff. We'd like support revising this page’s layout to add individual staff bios, optimize for all screen sizes, and also ensure that the staff directory is easily customizable particularly for non-technical staff who will be maintaining it.Matriculate is a growing nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the college knowledge gap. We support first-generation and underrepresented high school students on their pathway to a best-fit college by pairing them with a trained undergraduate mentor who supports them throughout the college application process. Over the course of their junior and senior year, our high school students receive 1:1 support on forming their college list, applying for the FAFSA, writing their personal statement, applying for national scholarships, and more.

At this point in our organization's growth, we are excited to expand our leadership team and would like to better highlight their contributions and expertise on our staff page.We are prepared to brief you about our current website platform, our branding norms, and information about our stakeholder groups and target audiences. We've also compiled a list of sample sites that we like, drawing from peer organizations and looking specifically at their staff directory page.
