Project Overview
We are looking for a volunteer to help us save time and be more strategic with our social media presence. Specifically, you help develop a social media marketing strategy for our End-of-Year Giving Campaign, which runs in November and December. This campaign is crucial for securing the resources we need to continue supporting at-risk youth in Miami-Dade.
We need your help to create a social media calendar template for a 4-6 week period during the giving season. You will draft approximately 30 social media posts tailored for our Facebook and Instagram pages. In addition to writing engaging copy, you will recommend strategies for optimizing posts for each platform and using tools like Later and Canva to automate the process.
The final deliverable will be the filled-out calendar template with suggested posts for the entire giving period, ready for us to implement across our channels.Make a difference this holiday season by helping us engage our community and secure vital funding for at-risk youth. Our End-of-Year Giving Campaign is an essential time for us to raise funds to continue providing mentorship, resources, and violence prevention programs to youth in need.
We are a volunteer-run nonprofit, and we rely on donations to continue our work. By creating a strategic social media plan for this campaign, you will play a key role in helping us reach donors and ensure our programs can continue to thrive. If you have experience managing social media and want to support a cause that truly makes a difference, we’d love your help!We will provide you with our holiday giving campaign materials, photos, logos, and event calendar. You’ll work closely with our two social media team members to gather any additional information. Leadership will always be available to support the process and ensure you have everything you need.

The organization's primary objective is to equip the youth with the tools they need to rise above the challenges they face and become future leaders. Through spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and professional growth, Angelz On Deck Inc. nurtures youth development and promotes education as a means to combat gun violence. Established in 2019 after the tragic loss of Rachel Delesdernier’s son, Joseph “JoJo,” Angelz On Deck Inc. was born from a resolute commitment to support at-risk youth, especially those from marginalized communities.
