Project Overview
My organization was awarded a generous grant by Google which gives us an exciting $10,000/month to spend on ads! I am looking for a knowledgeable volunteer to create our organization's Google Ad account as I am not educated on how to go about doing this.
This project will play a key role in our organization's ability to grow brand awareness and impact community members. This project may include the following activities:
-Training one or two staff members on how to update Google Ads and monitor their performance
-Setting up integration between Google Ads and Google Analytics
-Making recommendations for future search engine optimization or content management projects that will improve our Google Ads health
Our ideal volunteer has experience with Google Ads and/or search engine marketing and copywriting skills. Our organization has been awarded a significant grant from Google, providing us with $10,000 per month to use on Google Ads to expand our reach and further our mission of promoting employment opportunities and inclusion for professionals with disabilities. However, we currently lack the expertise to effectively manage and optimize these funds. With your help, we can ensure that this generous funding is fully leveraged to drive meaningful engagement & support. Each month that we don't optimize our Google Ads strategy, we're missing out on opportunities to connect with new supporters, donors, and participants.
By maximizing the impact of this grant, we can raise awareness of the employment gap for professionals with disabilities, highlight our programs, and attract more partners and supporters to create a more inclusive workforce. To prepare, we have activated Google Ads for our website and secured a Google Ad Grant award. We are prepared to share the login credentials to our Google Workspace. In our first session together, we'll brief you on our marketing goals, as well as our mission, vision, and purpose. Your training of our team members on Google Ads best practices will help ensure the long-term successful implementation of the great work you share with us.
Nonprofit Overview
Blind Institute of Technology (BIT) stands as a global nonprofit staffing and recruiting agency exclusively dedicated to professionals with disabilities. By championing inclusivity in our offerings, we not only serve an underserved community but also contribute to building a more equitable and compassionate society. BIT helps to reduce barriers to inclusive employment through education, preparation, employment placement and accessible technology initiatives.
In 2017, we launched the BIT Academy as part of our workforce development division. The Academy provides courses in Salesforce Administration and Digital Accessibility Analysis to disabled professionals. These valuable courses will ultimately prepare them for BIT’s Apprenticeship program, as well as set them on a path to a successful career in the industry of their choosing. BIT is the exclusive owner of two Registered Apprenticeship programs for the blind and visually impaired at the national level, both endorsed by the US Department of Labor.
Taking a historic step in 2018, we took the BIT Academy to a new level by transforming it into a virtual classroom. This move not only expanded its reach globally but also secured its status as the only approved training provider for people with disabilities by Salesforce.
