Leadership Program Development
We are looking for someone to assist us with enhancing our internal leadership program and possibly someone who would be interested in participating in further expanding the program to include external volunteers with leadership expertise. The program is a year-long program usually with 20-25 participants who meet every month to receive training and guidance on becoming great leaders committed to the mission of the organization.
We have 6 years of documentation and data to show the program's success. The intent is to give employees the education they need to grow and become great leaders. The majority of people who have gone through our program have been promoted as a result of their participation in the program. One of the requirements of the program is that each team in the cohort develops a project that will contribute to better patient quality and care outcomes.
This program has been successfully running for six years, receiving strong backing from our executive leadership. We have implemented a clear and structured process for enrolling employees in our year-long leadership training program, ensuring that our future leaders are well-prepared and supported.
