Executive Leadership Coaching

We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with our Artistic Director.

Our people are what make our organization so effective. We need your help ensuring that our leaders are as prepared as possible to navigate a crisis or major shifts in program delivery by building up their empathy, agility, and decision-making skills. We are specifically interested in coaching services on the following areas:
-Non profit mission and vision vs business planning
-Small team workload vs yearly goals
-Building and maintaining organizational culture
-Recruitment Areas
-LinkedIn profile optimization
-Leadership best practices

By collaborating with you, I am confident that I can grow into a stronger and more effective artistic director. Many arts education organizations struggle or even close due to insufficient knowledge in business planning. I’m committed to doing better—being smarter and more strategic to ensure sustainability. The skills and knowledge I gain through this project won’t just benefit my organization; I’m dedicated to paying them forward to support others in the arts community.

Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment. We are hoping that our volunteer can meet with our Artistic Director 1-2 times per week for 60-90 minute coaching sessions.
