For the past several years, our financial records have been maintained in an Excel spreadsheet. WDR LL is looking for an experienced volunteer to migrate this data into QuickBooks to support our budgeting, recordkeeping, financial planning, and reporting.

Westchester Del Rey LL offers girls’ softball and co-ed tee ball. This work will enable WDR LL to accurately track, analyze, and report its financial performance to its board, Little League International, accounting firm, and funders, keeping the program in compliance and eligible for grants and additional donations.

We have gathered all financial spreadsheet for the past three years, and are prepared to provide that information to the resources.
