Session Overview
Providence Road Outreach Mission recently had brought to our attention that one of our Board Members was in a possible conflict of interest. As we are a rather new non-profit, we are needing guidance to build a concrete Conflict of Interest Policy, as well as the steps necessary for disclosing and resolving a conflict of interest. After that, we are also hoping for accurate consultation for the necessary steps to address moving forward in regards to this board member.

Providence Road exists for the toughest kids from the worst neighborhoods, inviting them through daily investment to learn the skills and accountability to change the trajectory of their lives and become exceptional leaders who will one day change their own communities. Providence Road has committed to ending the cycles of poverty, crime, and violence that these underserved youth are surrounded with every day.
