Session Overview

We would like technical advisory on migrating from Google to Microsoft. So we need to move our emails from Google G Suite to Microsoft Teams and products, and from Google Forms to Microsoft Forms, Google Calendar to Microsoft calendar. We use dropbox to manage documents across multiple devices, so we may need to move documents as well. We use FatCow as our host because they use 100% wind energy to run their services. I already have most emails I use on Microsoft, and I can receive email to our nonprofit gmail account, but I want to use Outlook as a CRM, and the Microsoft calendar doesn't pick up gmail calendar, so I've missed meetings, and it won't let me use Outlook as a CRM easily, since the email doesn't interface well. I also would like to learn to use Microsoft Teams better.

Nonprofit Overview

Our mission is to end mass incarceration, violence and abuse through social action, enhanced collaboration techniques and evidence-based practice. We have five focus areas: prisoner reentry and recidivism reduction, domestic violence and sexual assault prevention, child abuse prevention and healthy parenting, and veterans mental health access and suicide prevention.

This survivor-led nonprofit was founded to develop a replicable model of highly effective social change that will produce results. By applying the Collective Impact model paired with evidence-based standards of practice, resources, training and technical assistance, we help communities develop actionable, evidence-based comprehensive plans and raise the resources needed to carry out the plan and staff the committees to do the work, measure the results, and scale up successful pilots with effectiveness. We work with national and local experts to apply vital capacity building support and resources to help communities create the change they want to see, and to build the infrastructure each community needs to sustain the effort and reach their goals!

We assess the need, make the case and raise the money to do our work, so we support communities at no cost to themselves!
