Session Overview
Context: Newly found Non-Profit Organization, registered on August, 2021, by fresh college graduates. We are sports for development program, looking entirely to income via fundraising.
Goal: Identify potential and suitable organizations, incubators. Make a strong fundraising pitch.

Why do we do it
Gender Equality - People from all genders are not treated equally in society.
Quality Education - Even though the literacy rates are the highest in Kerala, we fail to see a considerable decline in the unemployment rate, crime rate, substance abuse etc.
Good Health and Wellbeing - Lack of activities and adequate skills to handle the physical, emotional, social and academic demands.

Safe space for all children to interact with each other, thereby breaking barriers.
Children from all genders take up roles of responsibility to effect change.
Educational programs on Gender, Puberty, Personal Safety, healthy Relationships, etc.

Skills imbibed through games is translated into the lives of children.

A 2-3 Yr Sports for Development program for children of ages 10 - 18 without gender or social barriers.
Mixed gender sports program
Coaching and developing mixed gender sport teams, like Ultimate Frisbee.

Game skills like teamwork, cooperation, communication translated to life skills.
Opportunity for all to be a leader in the team, equipping them to take up responsibilities in life.
