Letgrow.org is a very small org, with only 2 FTE and a limited budget. We have some great thought leaders and get a lot of great coverage (Lenore Skenazy, Jonathan Haidt, Peter Gray) but we aren't leveraging that well. I essentially do everything and need to fill some gaps so we can build funding and increase staff. I'm a generalist and a PMP, and self-taught on a lot of skills, but in the marketing arena, my skills are micro rather than macro. I want to outsource marketing functions (I already have a graphic designer and a web developer) but I need help understanding what I really need to build an effective strategy and team. I am considering a temporary contracted growth manager, but also have some specific projects like an annual report and a fundraising pitch deck that I could possibly submit as projects for Taproot or gig work.
