Our goal for this session is to better understand what a 'Customer Journey Map' is, what it takes to create, and if this is something that would be helpful to us.

The Mentoring Partnership Org provides technical assistance to youth mentoring programs, education about research-based best practices; and helps to implement programming that applies those best practices.

Our services are available at no cost to the provider. We know that there are many additional providers who could/should utilize our services, but are unaware of us. In addition, we see potential to increase the amount of TA that we provide to existing 'customers'.
