Session Overview

I'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer to help us understand the 990 PF tax paperwork and when/what we need to file. We started operation in Feb 2022. We were incorrectly classified as a 501c3 private foundation by the IRS and are in the process of submitting the paperwork to correct this. In the meantime, we need to file as a 990 PF I believe, and I need clarification about what needs to be filed.
