Session Overview
We had our NPSP configured some time ago and in the past year we have engaged in a systematic data clean up and re-engagement with the system. Now we are seeking support in improving our Salesforce usage.
During this consultation we would:
- Discuss best practices for Salesforce protocols, systems and processes for non-profits
- Discuss creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and triggers
During this consultation we would also explore pain points:
- Efficient data management and inputs
- Fund Development dashboards and reports
- Salesforce customization and improved integrations
- How to best collaborate with across teams
- How to ensure seamless data flow through automation
Nonprofit Overview
MISSSEY works to prevent girls and gender-expansive youth from ever entering circumstances of sexual exploitation and violence. We also support young people who are experiencing exploitation to exit. Once they’ve exited, we partner with youth so that they may avoid re-entering sexually exploitative circumstances and live free of harmful transactional relationships.
