We would love to partner with a volunteer to look over our standard employment contract and advise on content and wording. We have developed it ourselves 'in-house' and would benefit from guidance.
Nonprofit Overview
We exist to create a world that makes space for stuttering (stammering in the UK). Where a stammer is embraced as just a difference. Where no-one judges us on our stammer or the way we choose to deal with it.
We stand up for and empower those who stammer and challenge discrimination wherever we find it. We provide support, information and resources for people who stammer, their families, educators and employers. And we work with organisations to ensure they're making space for staff, customers and service users who stammer.
Join us and help the public understand that stammering is not a sign of being shy, drunk, dishonest, nervous or weak. It's simply how some of us talk.
