Session Overview
I am seeking thought partnership for a potential project to identify a customer service solution that leverages generative AI. Our organization produces a robust program that requires significant human resources, and we are seeking to reduce staff time and labor associated with managing high volumes of stakeholder inquiries. We're not sure where to start or what solutions might be available to us, given that we do not have expertise in this area. We appreciate any input or advice that will help us determine if generative AI is an appropriate direction to head with this project.
Nonprofit Overview
Dancewave is a non-profit dance education organization whose mission is to transform the lives of New York City through pre-professional performing arts training and mentorship. Founded in 1995, Dancewave inspires students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels to express themselves authentically through an innovative model of dance education. Dancewave realizes this goal by bringing dance into public schools, teaching dance at the Dancewave Center in downtown Brooklyn, and providing teens the opportunity to train with and perform the work of renowned choreographers through pre-professional performing companies. Our class curricula emphasize important life skills – responsibility, teamwork, and discipline – building respectful community members who have an appreciation for the arts.
