We are looking to improve our communication and positioning to 1) help people understand what we do/why important and 2) support our cause, even though the direct impact is not in the local community we reside in. Being an international nonprofit working in a niche, technical space serving vulnerable populations elsewhere, it is hard to compete with puppies and local organizations for attention. We would love to have a shorter elevator type speech that draw people in while helping them grasp (at a high level) what are impact is.
