Session Overview

We are a small non-profit organization that needs help defining a migration (and potentially then carrying it out) from Microsoft 365 (via GoDaddy) to Google for Nonprofits. We have approximately 10 users. Currently, we share files that are stored on team members' individual google accounts. In the post migration world we plan to have a proper file structure to house the files. Our emails are a mixture of Microsoft 365 (via GoDaddy) and personal emails. We would like to migrate these to Google for Nonprofits and retain the current email domain "friendlyvoices.org". We would also like to migrate the old emails to the new environment so that we continue to have access to historical emails through our new accounts. Finally, some team members would like to continue to use Outlook and Outlook Calendar as a front end to their new email and calendar.
