Our goal for this consultation session is to obtain expert advice on two critical areas for MosaicGen: developing a comprehensive website and building a strong Board of Directors. For the website, we need guidance on defining the scope and structure, selecting a suitable content management system (CMS), and integrating key features such as donation and volunteer sign-up portals. For board development, we seek advice on recruiting members with the right mix of skills, establishing governance structures, and implementing best practices for board engagement and effectiveness. These insights will help us enhance our online presence and ensure robust governance as we grow.
