Our organization has a challenging time recruiting people for our volunteer position(s) and would love to brainstorm recruitment strategies to promote our open roles. During this consultation call, we would love to talk through recruitment best practices, get advice on free job posting boards we can utilize, and brainstorm creative alternatives to find additional candidates. We are seniors and need a succession plan to ensure our long term success.
