We're seeking a volunteer to advise on how to implement and operationalize a clear separation between our new grant-funded services and our routine operational functions. The volunteer should review governance and fiscal controls, recommend role and workflow boundaries, and suggest reporting and monitoring approaches to prevent service or funding commingling. Details about the grant requirements and our current structure will be provided during the session.
