Project Overview

I would like to design a plan for effectively using social media to market our programs. I would like to develop a yearly calendar to capitalize on key dates and times of the year. I would like to clearly communicate our values through the content we post. I would like some of our Instagram posts to be designed and look more professional than just a picture from an I-phone.
We started in 2019 with 40 kids on a Saturday. Now we are serving over 250 kids a week through sports-based youth development programs in New Orleans. We have no full-time staff. We are volunteers who love working with kids, building community, and promoting equity. We are having trouble keeping up with the organization's rapid growth. We could use all the help we can get!
We have the materials (professional photos, organizational values, and key dates on our calendar). We hired an Up2Us Summer VISTA to execute the project over the summer. We have a volunteer COO that can manage the project to completion.
