We are looking for a volunteer partner to help lead a strategic planning session. This volunteer partner will bring feel-good energy and strategic planning expertise!

The process will begin with one-on-one conversations with Culinary Care's founder, Courtney Johnson. Then, when we're ready, we will bring the Board of Directors together for thought-provoking conversation and planning. The end goal is to have a 5-10 year plan that inspires our team, gives us a clear vision, and clear KPIs that we are all working to achieve.

Culinary Care will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2023. Your support will inspire our team and our board to reach their full potential and help catalyze our impact for the next decade!

This would be our first formal strategic planning session, so our plan would be to have an initial call to ensure we're getting you all the information you need. We are fully committed and invested in making this strategic planning process fun and meaningful for everyone involved!
