990 Filing Assistance & Financial Statement Review
The Form 990 is the IRS' primary tool for gathering information about tax-exempt organizations, educating organizations about tax law requirements and promoting compliance. Organizations also use Form 990 to share information with the public about their programs. This filing and more will enable us to successfully move our foundation forward and become compliant and competitive in this space.
We have compiled all of our YTD expenses and similar to help move this important matter forward. Once completed, we will share the information on platforms such as Guidestar and similar for transparency.
