We need to leverage Google Ads to drive traffic to social media and our website. The skilled volunteer should have Google Ad Grant campaign experience and know the tips and tricks for success. They should be able to guide volunteers in meeting the following project requirements:

1) Establish a strategy for a foundational Google Ad campaign.
2) Support project plan creation.
3) Mentor interns so they can perform:
a) Keyword research and audience targeting.
b) Formulate ad copy strategy and quality criteria.
c) Create impactful ad copy.
d) Assess ad results and adjust to reach marketing goals.

The primary goal of this pro bono project is to guide the team in ramping up our Google Ads usage, leaving most of the work to our staff.

The KeelWorks Foundation is on a mission to bring everyone to the table of plenty. We believe we can help the most challenged unemployed and under-employed get to work. We are building a comprehensive program that features barrier identification and mitigation, core competency training (EQ), goal determination and pursuit, mutual support, career practice during learning, and extended community support. Our system will reach out to those in need, rather than expecting them to come to us. We need significant funds to support this program and an endowment fund.

We have revised our website to be very clear about what we do, why it matters, and how we do it. We have created a monthly newsletter, and we are sending out weekly social media posts. We will soon have a blog and podcast. These are prerequisites to implementing a Google Ads campaign. We have a grant for Google Ads. We have volunteers with some study in this area and a project manager.
