We have developed a board charter for our organization. The volunteer for this task will be responsible for reviewing the document to prepare a final draft. This review will focus on the format and structure, content, and overall quality of the document. Our goal is to gather all comments and suggestions to finalize the board charter.

The board charter is the key tool in the board development. We need to ensure the board implement their roles and responsibilities effectively. This guiding document will help the board member to establish a board composition which reflects the mission and vision of the organization.

We have developed a draft document to support the review process. Also we have dedicated individuals who can work along with the volunteers to ensure they get all necessary information and document soften the review process.
