We are looking for a skilled volunteer to help us structure and design our yearly newsletter, which is a 6-page document. The volunteer will assist in organizing the content and enhancing the overall visual design to ensure it is engaging and professional. We require help with creating a clear layout, choosing appropriate fonts, integrating images and graphics, and ensuring consistency across the pages. The volunteer will work with us for around 2-3 hours per week over the course of 2-3 weeks, depending on the progress of the design and feedback.

This project directly supports our mission by enhancing our communication with the community through a professionally designed newsletter. The newsletter will help us share key updates, achievements, and opportunities, fostering stronger engagement with our supporters and volunteers.

We already have a DRAFT newsletter ready with the required content. We’ve also gathered all necessary materials, including articles, images, and previous newsletters, to ensure the volunteer has the resources needed to succeed.

The final newsletter will be distributed to our community, and its content will be used to drive ongoing volunteer engagement and support our broader outreach efforts. The design improvements will make our messaging more impactful and help us maintain a consistent, professional presence in all future communications

To set this project up for success, we will:
-Provide a clear brief with content (which is all ready) and design goals.
-Use collaborative tools for easy access to files.
-Set milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion.
-Schedule weekly check-ins for feedback and adjustments.
-Maintain flexibility with timelines for quality work.
-Offer necessary resources and ongoing support to the volunteer.
