My goal for this Taproot Project is to create and implement a comprehensive FOAM process manual.

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by creating a comprehensive operations manual that enhances efficiency, ensures consistency, and strengthens FOAM’s ability to empower fathers and their families.

FOAM will set this project up for success by clearly defining objectives, providing categorized documents, ensuring leadership engagement, collaborating closely with the volunteer, and preparing a plan for implementation and staff training.
