Sponsor Prospectus Design

The goal for this Taproot project is to create a visually appealing digital sponsor prospectus for our upcoming conference. The 2025 FPA Conference will be the first in person event for our organization in 5 years. In addition to our annual sponsorship package, we will have options for new sponsors to purchase event-specific sponsorship options. We would like assistance with visually designing and representing the information in a clear and concise way that presents the menu of options without an overwhelming amount of text. The prospectus will also serve to introduce potential sponsors to our organization as well as provide an overview of the goals of the conference with the hope that event-sponsors may decide to become annual sponsors in the future.

We expect no more than 2-3 hours per week for 3-4 weeks would be needed.

70% of our revenue comes from individual donors who are people directly impacted by facial pain themselves or someone they love. We are attempting to increase our capacity to reach more people with facial pain to provide information and resources, especially those living in underserved communities and in order to achieve this, we need to increase our sponsorship funding. Your work on this project will empower us to have an even greater impact! Additionally, we hope to be able to provide scholarships to people living with facial pain to attend the in person conference.

I have prepared this project by organizing the text content into a word document. Additionally, the sponsor options and dollar amounts are being finalized so that the volunteer will have all the content they need to design the prospectus.
