HR Compensation Strategy

We are seeking the help of a skilled HR professional to assist us in creating compliant and competitive salary bands that align with our updated org chart.

Jazz Hands For Autism is growing in size and scope. We are getting more students, and with more students, we need to hire more staff as well as recruit more interns and volunteers. We need a way to make sure that as we progress into the future, that we are providing competitive pay and clear path for staff growth within the organization, in order to attract and retain quality staff. Assistance from a Taproot Plus volunteer would really help us establish compensation bands, which would free up time for us to focus on other needs within the organization

We have a draft of a salary band and a recently updated org chart. We also strong job descriptions and have a list of the pay rates for each position
