Accounting System Set Up
Concerted is a nonprofit tech organization that, until now, has been largely grassroots and self-funded by its founder. As we enter an exciting new phase of expansion and widespread growth, we need expert assistance in setting up the financial infrastructure to support our success.
We are seeking a volunteer CPA with nonprofit experience to help reconcile our expenses and integrate them into a single accounting system. Your expertise will ensure our financial records are accurate, organized, and ready for sustainable growth.
Key Tasks:
- Review and reconcile past financial transactions across multiple sources (in one spreadsheet)
- Consolidate spending into one streamlined accounting system
- Provide guidance on best practices for nonprofit financial management
