Budget Review and Updates

We are looking for a finance specialist to look at our complex budget and make recommendations on how to reformat and streamline the budget. We are also looking to have them work with us on how to project monthly budgets so we can upload to QBO for monthly reporting to the board.

By volunteering to support the review, reformatting, and recommendation process for our organizational materials and systems, you’ll be directly helping LaunchSpace build the strong foundation we need to grow our impact. Your contributions will ensure our operations are clear, accessible, and scalable—making it easier for us to deliver high-quality programs, support local makers and entrepreneurs, and expand opportunities for creative learning across the North Quabbin region. This behind-the-scenes work will have a ripple effect, helping us reach more community members with the tools, training, and support they need to thrive. Your time and expertise will truly make a difference!

We have struggled with our complex budget for years, and we are a small and growing organization. We will be opening a new facility this year, so having our financials and budget reformatted for growth and streamlined for efficiency and accuracy is VERY important.
