We are seeking strategic guidance from a Taproot volunteer to help us grow our newsletter subscriber base from 6,000 to 100,000 over the next 2.5 years. We’re looking for a seasoned marketing expert to provide practical insights and help us structure a high-level framework for sustainable and ethical subscriber growth. We aim to increase visibility, deepen engagement with our community, and convert more of our supporters into loyal subscribers and long-term donors.

By seeking solutions in the genius of underestimated entrepreneurs, our vision is to create livable communities and wealth for future generations to inherit.

We’re #RuthlessForGood. Ruthlessness has the implication and inherent meanings of aggressive intensity, unyielding pursuit of an end. Ruthlessness is consistently used by those that can at the expense of others. We decided to take ruthlessness and put it towards the pursuit of equity in our country. Our team is driven by this rallying cry and we aim to have the tenacity, while oriented by our passion for creating positive social impact.

The successful completion of the project scope of work will provide Camelback Ventures with insights, as well as actionable recommendations to sustainably grow our subscriber base.

Our team is confident that we will continue to produce engaging content increasing organizational brand awareness and our digital footprint. Camelback Ventures created and hired for a new role in October of 2024 (Digital Marketing & Communications Manager) to better support the management and growth of our digital footprint. This year, our digital marketing strategy is grounded in our 10 year anniversary milestone which has helped to anchor our marketing & communications tactics.

Our team is ready to share details about our current strategy and tactics.

Our goals for the project include:

1. Evaluating the effectiveness of our current list-building tactics (e.g. website signups, content offers, lead magnets)

2. Discussing strategies for cross-channel promotion (social media, partnerships, paid ads, events)

3. Identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) we should be tracking monthly and quarterly

4. Brainstorming potential list segmentation strategies and newsletter value propositions that resonate with our audiences

5. Understanding what marketing funnel strategies or tools might help accelerate our growth
