To set this website clean-up project up for success, I’ve taken several key steps to ensure that our collaboration will be efficient, enjoyable, and impactful.

First, we’ve discussed the importance of the website as a front door to our mission and are committed to maintaining the momentum after the clean-up is complete.

I’ve already gathered materials to streamline your work—including branding assets, updated copy, and feedback from our audience. I’ve also consulted with our internal staff to learn what their projects/programs need to be more accessible.

While this is our first Taproot Plus project, we’ve completed similar initiatives with other volunteers and understand how to support pro bono partners with timely feedback, organized communication, and respect for their time and talents.

Once the project is complete, our team is ready to implement and maintain the updates you provide. We've identified a point person internally to oversee future content updates and have budgeted time for intermittent reviews to ensure the site stays fresh and functional. Your contribution will not only improve our online presence—it will also help us better serve our community, attract supporters, and fulfill our mission more effectively.
