My goal for this Project is to complete a board development plan including recruitment strategies, writing the board charter, and anything else pertinent to creating our first working board.

You will support our mission by helping us to develop a strong board who will then continue to push our work forward. Right now we are a team of two who do this part-time for almost nothing, so we are really looking forward to having a working board who will be our partners.

My team and I have prepared for this project from our previous experience working with board members and leading advisory boards, however, we have not started a new board of directors from scratch.
