My goal for this Taproot Project is to create a mentorship opportunity for our newly formed Development and Partnership team at Creshendo. We recently invested community-raised funds to establish this dedicated team focused on fundraising, partnership development, and strategic outreach. Unfortunately, our initial grant applications were unexpectedly terminated, leaving us urgently needing guidance to regroup, strategize effectively, delegate fundraising tasks, and build meaningful partnerships to sustain our critical work supporting refugees and immigrant communities globally.

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by helping Creshendo build a resilient fundraising and partnership strategy that secures critical resources to sustain and expand our work with immigrant and refugee communities. Your expertise will directly enable us to rebuild momentum, attract new partners and funding, and create lasting, transformative change in the lives of the communities we serve.

My team and I have prepared for this project by assembling a committed and highly capable team, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, and organizing preliminary fundraising strategies. We have identified potential partnership opportunities and begun outreach but now require expert mentorship to ensure our approach is strategic, sustainable, and impactful. Our team is eager, resilient, and fully prepared to integrate expert guidance quickly and effectively.
