Help us chart the future of our organization by developing a clear, actionable 5-year strategic plan. We’ve done a lot of brainstorming, but now we need a skilled volunteer to turn ideas into a structured roadmap that will guide our programs, fundraising, and growth.

Deliverables:
- Facilitate a planning process that organizes our goals into clear priorities.
- Draft a strategic plan with measurable objectives, timelines, and success indicators.
- Provide a simple framework we can use for grant applications and board alignment.
A strong strategic plan will help us sponsor more community service projects, offer personal development opportunities, and deliver leadership training for our members. It will also position us to secure funding and partnerships that expand our impact.
We will provide:
- Our brainstorming notes and current organizational goals.
- Background on programs and recent initiatives.
- A committed team ready for feedback and collaboration.

Your expertise will give us the clarity and confidence to move forward with purpose.
