Website Content and UX Refresh

We are seeking a volunteer with website design and management skills to help update specific content and images across the site and to position the layout to better reflect our programs. This includes refreshing content, updating pages to better reflect our mission and programs. Your work will ensure families, donors, and partners can easily access the resources they need.

Responsibilities:
-Refresh website content and images.
- Update page layouts and navigation to improve user experience (UX).
-Test and confirm mobile-friendliness and accessibility, with recommendations for needed adjustments.
-Provide a set of recommendations for future redesign.
-Ensure that all updates are consistent with Ava's Path branding guidelines.

This project will directly support Ava’s Path’s mission by helping us reach more families in crisis with the resources they need to co-parent children with disabilities. A stronger digital presence will allow parents to discover our state-approved education course and supportive community at the exact moment they need guidance most. By expanding our visibility and credibility, this project ensures more families can access affordable or free tools that create stability, empathy, and brighter futures for their children.

We have already thought about and are prepared to brief you about our current website platform, budget restrictions for the build, our branding collaterals and norms, and information about our stakeholder groups and target audiences. We've also compiled some photos and have some language developed that we will share with you and samples of sites we like.
